Consultant and leadership educator Rev. Susan Beaumont will offer two separate but related programs on “Leading in a Liminal Season.” Both sessions will include topics such as entering a three-way conversation with God, the soul of the leader, and the soul of the institution.
Woodbury Workshops have been Andover Newton fixtures for 50 years. Clergy, seminary students, and lay leaders attended these annual educational events to strengthen their capacities to lead. After a two-year break, Andover Newton resumes this tradition for 2019.

CITY MISSION - NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

City Mission's Urban Pastoral Ministry Program (UPMP) is a two year residency for recent seminary graduates who are called to ordained urban ministry. City Mission is now accepting application for residents for the program's July 2019 - July 2021 cohort. Application will be accepted through January 15, 2019. OBITUARIES 

The Rev. Mr. Mark I. Hamilton died of acute myeloid leukemia at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME.  Mark is survived by his wife, Sally, and his two sons, Justin Hamilton and Nathaniel Hamilton. 
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 8th, 2018 at 1:00pm be held at the Second Congregational Church, 51, Main Street, Newcastle, ME.  Arrangements are with the Strong-Hancock Funeral Home, Damariscotta, Me.
