CITY MISSION - NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

City Mission's Urban Pastoral Ministry Program (UPMP) is a two year residency for recent seminary graduates who are called to ordained urban ministry. City Mission is now accepting application for residents for the program's July 2019 - July 2021 cohort. Application will be accepted through January 15, 2019. Journey; a social and support group for people of all ages who identify as trans, gender queer, or two spirit will meet on the third Thursday of the month, 6-7:30 PM; Sept. 21st, Oct. 19th, Nov. 16th, and Dec. 21, 2017 at the Unitarian Society of Northampton and Florence(USNF) 220 Main St.,Northampton, MA 01060.  Allies, significant others, family, and friends are welcome too. Use the side entrance, and doorbell if needed, to be let in. We meet in a conference room downstairs. The group is free. OBITUARIES  

The Rev. Mr. Mark I. Hamilton died of acute myeloid leukemia at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME.  Mark is survived by his wife, Sally, and his two sons, Justin Hamilton and Nathaniel Hamilton. 
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 8th, 2018 at 1:00pm be held at the Second Congregational Church, 51, Main Street, Newcastle, ME.
